Celebrations

After the wedding on Saturday, the family headed out to a pizza place to celebrate Curt's 29th birthday! Here is Curt with my nephew, Joshy. (Joshy helped him blow out the candles.) More pics from the pizza parlor ...

Just Married

My brother, Bryan, and his new wife, Liz!

Bryan and Liz had a beautiful wedding on Saturday, September 15 in Lakewood, California. They left today for a week-long honeymoon in Hawaii. Here are a few more pics from the rehearsal and wedding. I'll post more when I get them in!

Update!!!

And we have internet!

It's been a whirlwind these past two weeks as we moved from Hopewell to the lovely 17-acre cornfield house in Mechanicsville. We finally got internet as of Friday night so I am able to keep up with the blog again! (And we got free cable TV b/c our cable guy hooked us up BIG TIME, but that's a whole other story!)

The update ...

Dad and Doris came up to help us move, and we couldn't have done it without them! One night we were making trips with stuff until midnight. After getting all moved in, we spent Labor Day weekend in Nags Head with some of our business friends. What a BLAST. We had a luau on Saturday night, and spent the days laying out at the beach. This past weekend my mom and Mitch came down to visit and see our new place. We had a nice day together, going out for Mexican and checking out furniture! Next we're flying to California for my brother's wedding on Saturday, which also happens to be Curt's 29th birthday. Yay! Celebrations!
