Spiderwomen

Some of my girlfriends and I decided to get adventurous on Friday night and go rock climbing! We felt like spiderwomen climbing up the walls. :)

Melody's Baby Shower

My friend Melody from work is due on November 15! We had her baby shower on Saturday ... here are a few pics. (She's having a boy - Isaac Scott Deshaies.) We played games like baby bingo, guess what candy is in the diaper, who can drink from an infant's bottle the fastest (no pics of that one!), etc.

Southern Living

We visited Dad & Doris at their new house in Rockwell, NC this weekend!



It's absolutely beautiful - walnut floors, 9-foot ceilings, 5 bedrooms, all on a 1.5-acre wooded lot. Check it out!

TWO YEARS!

We celebrated our 2-year anniversary a few days early by taking a half day off work and driving down to Norfolk for a seafood dinner and Cirque Du Soleil!



Dinner was amazing - crab dip, crab cakes, king crab legs. :) And then the show was absolutely phenomenal. (Click here for info about Saltimbanco.) We weren't allowed to bring our camera into the colliseum, so we had our picture taken outside after the show using my camera phone. Here we are ...



It's so hard to believe that it will be TWO YEARS in just a few days! Time flies when you're having fun, and it gets better every single day. :)
